the staff was very friendly and helpful . i appreciated being able to ask for assistance. there were lots of eateries nearby, so i had plenty of options for food. i enjoyed the breakfast buffet every morning.
the room was not really private because there was a gap between the door and the wall. it didn't close properly. the bathroom felt less like a 4-star hotel. i regularly heard my neighbors and the sounds from the room above.

The staff at reception were lovely and the location was easy to get around.
The wooden slated beds at the rooftop pool had NO mattresses. I didn't fancy using them because it would not be comfortable.

the staff brought extra towels when i asked them. this was helpful.
the room was not entirely clean. i saw hairballs and the fridge had a disgusting freezer. the drinking glasses also seemed dirty to me.
